Hey guys so usually I don't share a lot about my personal life on social media. Honestly I mainly share pictures of my family or posts of achievements. As for drama or illnesses or anything negative I steer clear of it. There is no point in telling everyone my business. If you happen to be one that likes to share everything, I am not saying it's a bad thing, it's simply not my thing.
I have to admit that I haven't always been a positive person, I've struggled with it my entire life. I know a lot of people like me and I thought I would share some stuff that might help someone.
Recently I got a health scare and it has made me appreciate the smaller things in life. I know it's very cliche and most will think that it's silly. Really though it has changed my perspective in life. I love my life, my son, my husband and my amazing friends! In your deepest time of need, those that truly care will always be by your side.
I can't encourage you enough to forget about the small things that truly don't matter. It may seem like life kicks you down and it's hard to get up, but have faith and keep on keeping on. Easier said then done of course but I encourage you to simply try. After my health scare I have been feeling less anxious less worried and have REALLY tried to be more positive.
Things that I recommend that have really helped me include:
I hope that if it's one thing I can do, it's to instill in my son the confidence to know that there isn't a single problem in this world that can't be overcome. I also hope to help at least one person that might be experiencing something similar.
I share my little story without going in depth just to say BREATH, this too shall pass!
I thank god everyday for allowing me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am beyond grateful for my family and my friends.
Reach out if you need someone, a friend, a stranger, anyone! Never give up on life.
May you all find your motive for moving forward.
Best Regards; your blogger pal,

Things that I recommend that have really helped me include:
- Talking
- Walking
- Going out with my friends
- Date nights with my husband
- Treating my self (buying crap I don't need...hee hee)
- Planning (yes I am a total nerd)
- Visiting my loved ones
- Listening to music
- Taking bubble bath's
- Going to the movies with my son
I hope that if it's one thing I can do, it's to instill in my son the confidence to know that there isn't a single problem in this world that can't be overcome. I also hope to help at least one person that might be experiencing something similar.
