Mother's Day Haul (Gifts)

I'm in love with all of my gifts and excited to give them all a try.

First one I want to mention is the Benefits Cheekathon

A $145 value! For $58 at Ulta Beauty
Includes:
  • Full size Hoola Matte Bronzer (0.28 oz)
  • Full size Dandelion Baby-Pink Brightening Blush (0.25 oz)
  • Full size Rockateur Rose Gold Blush (0.17 oz)
  • Full size Dallas Dusty Rose Face Powder (0.32 oz)
  • Full size Coralista Coral-Pink Blush (0.28 oz)
  • Soft, natural-bristle brush
The only one I own and LOVE already is the Hoola bronzer! I can't wait to play with this

Then I got two perfumes. I own a lot of perfumes so I wanted to get the spray pens to carry with me on the go.
The first one I got is the Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh  0.33 oz $25
This smells SO amazing, it's "Spring/Summer in a bottle" I love how cute and girly the glass bottle is. This was the first thing I opened and drenched myself in. HA HA

Fragrance Notes:
  • Natural Raspberry
  • Grapefruit
  • Pear
  •  Violet
  • Wild Rose
  • Apple Blossom
  • Musks
  • Cedarwood
  • Plum
*Experience Daisy Eau So Fresh with this travel-friendly spray pen for the girl on the go. Daisy Eau So Fresh is the whimsical interpretation of the original Daisy fragrance. It's light, woody base infuses a subtle but sharp glimmer of musk for an unexpected twist of radiance.

Next one I was dying to get is the YSL Black Opium Eau de Parfum 0.33 oz $25
I have been wanting to buy this for some time, it smells like a mixture of vanilla and flowers to me. I have the hardest time explaining scents which is why I am adding the notes. You just have to smell this next time you are where fragrances are sold.

Fragrance Notes:
  • Top - Vanilla bean
  • Mid - White flowers
  • Base - Black coffee
*Highly addictive. Seductively intoxicating. Like a shot of adrenaline, the rich coffee bean notes jolt the senses with a high dose of energy, becoming softer and more feminine with the white flowers of jasmine sambac. The sweet sensuality of vanilla beans wraps the fragrance into a gourmand, voluptuous signature.

This beauty here with the cute wallet that attaches was a gift with purchase for getting the two fragrances. I will enjoy this so much this Spring/Summer.
Now let's get into the drug store products.
I had to get my husband to repurchase the tried and true Rimmel Stay Matte Transparent Pressed powder.

If you haven't tried it give a a whirl. Best value ever $5
Next few products are all new to them so I will be reviewing them shortly when I have had a chance to try and enjoy them

We have the Cover Girl Super Sizer Mascara in Very Black
I have heard great thing about this mascara I will keep you guys posted. $7.49
Next is the Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Radiant Lights
I love highlighters I am so excited to try this one out! $6

Next is the Essence Make me Brow!
For brow fleekness I thought I would give this a chance. This was the most inexpensive product yet and I am way excited to try it. $2.99

Last makeup item is the NYX Lip Lingerie in LIPLI 07 Satin Ribbon
I can't wait to see if I like this. I love most NYX lip products so I have high hopes for this. I will of course keep you posted. I am going to purchase more if I like them. $6.99

Lastly here is my gorgeous orchids for Mother's Day! I am beyond in love with them!

There you have it guys, my Mother's Day haul! The greatest gift I have though is my son! He is my everything. Hope you all had an amazing Mother's Day, happy belated Mother's Day and see you soon with another post.

Another Life Planner Haul

Hi loves I did it again....ha ha ha. I want to report that after a little bit of a hassle I FINALLY got my Erin Condren Life planner, I will be posting an unboxing/review soon. I am also happy to report that I get to share this journey with two very good friends, Enisa and Becci! I love my planner buddies, it's been so fun to share our decorations with each other.

The shipping labels are to create my own stickers! I have seen a few tutorials on this, let's just hope I can successfully accomplish it. I haven't attempted this yet, so I will keep you all posted.

The Filing tabs are to make my own coil clips, another thing I learned watching tutorials, this I did attempt and it worked wonders. (you will see an example on my first Plan with me post).

The craft bond refills are basically double ended tape which I could use for craft paper & stuff.

Ok here is a closeup of my latest obsession, washi tape. So many cute patterns. All of these items were purchased at various Walmart's. Prices vary from a dollar to three bucks.

Lastly I wanted to buy these Fourth of July stickers. I love the rustic look to them and since my planner starts in July how perfect are these?! Just wait till you see how I used them!
Ok guys as you can tell I'm getting really into this planner business, it's extremely fun!
Feel free to follow so that you don't miss out on future posts. As always your support is very much appreciated.

Have a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend!

Much Love,

Life Planner Haul

Hey guys I just ordered my first Erin Condren Life Planner and I am BEYOND excited to get it. I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival! Best part is that it's in transit and should arrive tomorrow.

I will be posting an unboxing/review when I finally get it, so stay tuned.

Any ways, I went on a mini shopping spree in anticipation for my planner. First off before we get into the loot, let me tell you that I love writing stuff down. If it's not written down, it gets missed. My husband is forever making fun of me telling me that everything is digital now and that planners are old technology. The  nerve, right?! ha ha ha. I looked at him and said, no sweetie you are wrong. Planners are a way to keep yourself organized and if you are a crafty girl like myself, it can be a form of scrapbooking and honestly it's very therapeutic to me. If I don't write things down I completely forget. I have the worse memory. I own a few, yes more than one, but they are inexpensive ones you can buy from Walmart and Target. I have been eyeballing the Erin Condren planners for SO long and decided, hell I owe it to myself to FINALLY buy one, so I did!!! (Can you tell I'm just a little excited?!) ;)

Ok onto the loot!
In no particular order, I made several trips to various Dollar Tree stores, Target and Walmart. Seen Pictured above, are all of the washi tapes I got in those various locations. They are so cute, I can't wait to rip into them (literally)! I got the cute clothes pins from the dollar section at Target. the double sided tape is a generic dollar store brand, I wanted to give it a try to see if I like it. The headband actually came in one of the birchbox subscriptions that I no longer subscribe to. I saw a few girls using headbands for their planner and thought that would be a great idea. (Helps hold the planner together)
Next I bought these super cute stickers and labels. These all came from the Dollar Tree. I could not pass up cute stickers. I can't wait to use these.
Lastly I have this super cute box which I have already filled up, when everything is in it. I bought the box at Walmart, from their craft section. The note pads, sticky notes and page flags all came from Target, their dollar section.

I am so excited to use all of my new products in conjunction to stuff I already own in my new life planner.

Ok guys that's it for me today I hope you enjoyed my life planner haul, if you want to join in the fun and get your own click here. Let me know if you agree with me about planners or if you think like my hubs?! Do you own an Erin Condren yourself and if so, how do you like it? Let me know.

Thanks again guys!

Much Love,
