Weekly Layout for October 2015

Hey guys, it's that time again! Time to share my weekly layouts for the month of October. Let me just warn you ahead of time, I "may" have gotten a little carried away with Halloween stickers this month. As I have mentioned a ton of times I love Halloween so much, so it was bound to happen.
For this first week I wanted to do a cat layout. I love the way this turned out, I love cats and what better way to represent the first week of October. The washi tape to go with my cat stickers is pretty cool. I also made my own "weekend" flag with washi tape. It looks so cute.
Here is my completed layout. This was a busy fun week.
I have to admit that this is my least favorite layout for the month. Too much green. I don't hate it but it's not my favorite. I do like those creepy spider stickers tho.
I wrote in orange pen to not have so much green show but still not my favorite.
This is my "Monster Mash" layout. I love it! The glitter adds that extra oomph! It's spooktacular.
I got a lot accomplished this week, this has just been a very busy month.
This last one is my "Trick or Treat" layout, this is technically the last week in the October section. I really like the way it turned out.
So here is this week completed.
And last but not least you have my BIRTHDAY week layout. It has Halloween and my b-day Nov 1. This is technically in the November section, which is silly since there is only one day of Nov in this week. Anyways I wanted to make this a Halloweeny spread to finish off the month.
I am still working on this week but this is the somewhat planned out version.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I have so much fun sharing my cute pages with you guys.

Have a great rest of your week!

Much Love,

Witch Fest 2015

Hey loves, I hope you are all having a good day. I am pretty excited about today's blog post! I get to share something fun I did over the weekend.

I attended the wonderful Witch Fest at Gardner Village with my sisters! It is by far my absolute favorite sister tradition.

Once a year you dress up as a witch along with many others and shop till you drop, eat candy and participate in many Halloween activities. We do it every year.

If you go onto the Gardner Village website you can read all about this tradition.
This is just a snip bit about what you see...
“They come wearing elaborate costumes and pointy hats, ready to shop, eat, play and have a lot of witchy fun.”
That honestly pretty much sums up the full day!
Here is a picture of me right outside of my house ready for my fun day!
Every year I make a hat and rock some fun outfit. Here is the blog post to making this hat if you want to check it out.
Here I am with all of my Boo-tiful sisters and niece! Don't we all look Spooktacular?! We all made our own hats. I love each and every one of our hats this year!
Here I am outside of one of my favorite little shops. My sister Marissa and I buy charm bracelets every year amongst other fun nick knacks. (You can see one I bought a few years ago in this picture)
On a side note, I loved my wig so much! Wish that was my real hair, LOL! I feel like it completed my look.
Here is another fun picture to share with all of us in it. You can see all of our personalities just a bit! I look forward to this event every year! Isn't my niece the cutest little witch ever?!

Ok I've gone on and on about this little event and I'm pretty sure you guys get how much I love it!
I leave you with one last fun picture.
This is of us the past 3 years in a row. 2013, 2014 & 2015! Fun huh?!
Let me know if you guys have any fun traditions around this time or any time really? I'd love to know, share them with me.

Have a fantastic week! See you with a new post on Thursday!

Stay fabulous!

Nails Nails Nails

Hey guys so I have been doing my nails for a little over a month now and I've learned a thing or two that I want to share with you guys. Well technically I've been doing my nails off and on since I was 14 years old but recently I started back up again.

Ok so it's never a bad idea to try something new, how will you know if you will like it if you don't try it out?
So on Sept 18th I tried to get coffin nails for the first time. Let me start out by saying that based on my nail shape and fingers it just did not look good on me at all. The guy that did my nails did a fabulous job with the shape (even though not for me) but did a HORRIBLE job at painting my nails. That was $50 down the drain! I had asked for shelac so that it would last longer but with his nail painting skills I couldn't keep them for even 24 hours.
This is a snapchat picture I took the day I got them done. I literally hated the paint job so much that I took it upon myself to file the color off the very next morning. I kept the shape and length for maybe 3 days. I then decided to cut them down a bit.

On October 5th (my anniversary) I went to get them filled.
Please ignore the horrible hang nails, but the shape and color were so me! I have forever rocked short squared nails and I was back in my comfort zone. I got so many compliments on these nails. I loved them!

Then yesterday it was time for another fill....
So I went with a beautiful burgundy fall color with an accent nail that is gold glitter. I stuck to the traditional short squared nails. I really like them. This new guy doing my nails does a really good job on the shape AND painting them. This time around I also did shelac colors. They are worth the cost.

So even though I don't fully regret trying out something new, I was much happier with my usual square short nails. The moral of the story is if it's not broke, why fix it...LOL. Go with what you know will make you happy or hope for the best!

Hope you are all enjoying some fun Fall Festivities, I know I have been.
I am really looking forward to the Witch Fest with my sisters tomorrow! I will post about that soon.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Stay fabulous,

Ipsy October 2015

Hey loves hope all is well I got my ipsy bag pretty early this month, I am pretty excited about that. I am actually really liking most of my products too!

Let's start with the MicaBeauty cream eye shadow in Bronze
This is such a beautiful shade, it reminds me a lot of the Colour Pop shade "Kathleen Lights". I am pretty excited with this shade, it is gorgeous. I wore this shade the day I got it and for the entire weekend just because it was new and because it's the perfect fall shade. It lasted a long time and didn't crease, so kudos to MicaBeauty.

Moving on we have the Lavanilla Laboratories
This mini roller ball fragrance is very beautiful. I am a huge lover of the vanilla scent anyways so I knew I would like this. It warm and rich, it lasted all day on me (which is rare).

Next up we have the Ayres Sunrise Hand Cream
This one is a dud for me guys. I don't like the smell or the film it seems to leave behind, it was just not for me. Not at all a fan.

Next up, the Emite Make Up Tweezers
So I actually really liked these tweezers I like that they are angled and that they came in there own little container so that I can throw them in my purse and have them on the go. I like the way they performed. Great little tool.

OK to finish off we have theBalm Cosmetics Meet Matt(e) Hughes
This is my favorite product in this months bag. I love the shade, the texture and overall the lasting power. I love long lasting lipsticks and this one is a great mini addition to my collection.
Here is a snapchat picture I posted of me wearing it.
This is in the shade Committed. I love everything about this liquid lippie :). Follow me on snapchat for more silliness user name: daysio

Those are all my goodies for this month. Thank you so much for stopping by.

Much Love,
