Milani Make It Last and Prime Perfection Primer Review

Alright guys I have been testing out these two new Milani products for a little over two weeks now and I wanted to do a quick review.

Let's start out with the setting spray: Make it Last.

First of all this has 2.03 Fl oz and it retails for $9.99 USD which for a setting spray is not bad at all!
The spray nozzle is awesome, it's a beautiful mist evenly dispersed. It doesn't hit you like a ton of bricks which is nice. Now there is a small scent to it, it's a natural light fresh type scent. It isn't strong at all so it doesn't bother me one bit, but I figured it's worth mentioning.

Now the main question is, does it work? It claims that it would last up to 16 hours, I don’t typically wear my makeup that long, but I normally on an average day have it on about 8-10 hours and I can say that I did feel like my make up held up great. It didn't break me out and I have super sensitive skin and I noticed I didn't need many touch ups throughout the day. I love this product! It is affordable, and it works you really can't ask for more. I give this a 10 out of 10, 100% worth picking up!

Next up is the Prime Perfection Primer:
0.68 fl oz or 20ml for $9.99

Let me just sum this product up by saying it's ok, not horrible but not amazing either.
This has a creamy texture that absorbs very easily into skin, it does a wonderful job at making your foundation glide on beautifully; however I didn't notice that it helped to blur my pores at all. That part was pretty disappointing but it did feel hydrating which was nice. I couldn't say it prolonged my makeup any either but all and all it's an inexpensive ok product.  Personally I would not repurchase it again because there aren't too many pluses to having this type of primer.

If you were wondering about these products I hope my little reviews help. As always please let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to answer them for you.

Much Love,

I am super late to the game in trying this foundation out. I freaking love it. It retails for $16.99 and has 0.51 oz. Personally I think it's a lot for such a small amount of foundation BUT it's beautiful and worth every penny.

Next up is my new favorite drug store liquid lipstick. It's the Milani Amore Matte Lip Creme in 15Gorgeous
I did an entire post on this, click here to check it out. This is a MUST have product in everyone's collection. I can't wait to buy the other colors.

Next up is another Milani product. It's the single eye shadow in Bella Taupe
Not only is this a beautiful eye shadow, it is my perfect eyebrow color. I have been using this for filling in my eyebrows and it's perfection. I love everything about this. Don't you guys love finding a product great for multi-tasking?
This retails for $4.19 0.05oz of product.

Last up is the Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow/Ombre in Not just nudes
This is by no means a new product but now with the hotter months I have pulled it out as a light wash on the eyelids and I love it. I do usually set it with a similar shadow color, I use it more as a base and it's perfection.  This retails for $5.99 0.12 oz of product.

Ok guys that covers all of my favorites for the month. As usual if you have monthly favorites of your own please share them with me. I'd love to check them out.

Have a fantastic week,

They are only $8.990.21 oz/6g
Description:
It’s time to put your lipsticks on notice. The Amore Matte Lip Crème has arrived. This revolutionary, highly saturated liquid-to-matte formula dries to a soft, velvety finish for fuller-looking lips. Its double-sided, flexible plush applicator hugs the contours of lips, working to lock in bold, opaque color. Non-sticky, smooth and ready for all-night wear (up to 16 hours!) our Amore Matte Lip Crème is the ultimate transfer resistant kiss-me-matte.

I need to get so many of the other shades because guys I am highly obsessed with the one I purchased. I got the color 15 Gorgeous. It lasted ALL day even after eating. I can honestly tell you that they have a similar texture to the Ofra liquid lipsticks or the Stila ones. Creamy and glide on so beautifully!

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue Review

Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue Glitter Bonding Eye Shadow Primer
Price:$20.00
Size: 0.35 oz
What the company claims it does:
Wandering glitters and shimmers are for amateurs. This featherweight primer is specially formulated to keep glitters, shimmers and powders in place. The hard-working formula also evens skin tone and softens fine lines. Shadows, powders and glitters glide on effortlessly, stay in place and stay intensified for 24+ hours.
You can purchase this primer at Ulta, Sephora or directly from the Too Faced website.
Product Review:
To start of with my review I must say that the packaging is adorable, totally cute. I love that it comes in a squeeze tube so you can control the amount that comes out, with ease. The formula is skin toned and has a sticky creamy texture.
The product does an amazing job at securing the glitter to the eyelids or even plain eye shadows. The glitter glue works well with chunky or finely milled glitters. I recommend patting this to your eyelids and not applying it in swiping motions. This product sets fast so work quickly. Once the glitter is set it's not going to budge. I didn't test it for 24+ hours but I did test it for about 9 hours and it worked like a charm each and every time.
As for the price this tube is a little pricey, but in my opinion completely worth it. First of all because it comes in the tube and not a jar, it will not dry up, it stays sanitary because there are no wands or applicators.
How often do you really use glitter? It's meant to be used for glitter and you avoid all that crazy fallout but it's a perfect eye shadow primer in general.
Here are a few pictures to show you how well they work with regular eye shadows in addition to glitters.
Two different angels of my swatches. On the left side you will get to see shadows by themselves and on the right, you get to see them with the glitter glue. As you can tell by the swatches, the glitter glue intensifies the pigmentation of these shadows.

Eye Shadows: (Left to right/Top to bottom)
Wet n Wild-Brass/Laiton
Jesse's Girl Mineralized Baked Powder-Esmeralda
Milani-Bella Champagne
Pacifica-Treasure
Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar-Pink Sugar

I also have a sample of one of the days I used this glitter glue, pictured above (first pic).

Overall The Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue gets a solid A rating from this gal.
It is a great addition to the primers I already own and I look forward to using it many many times moving forward.

I can't believe it's been a full month that I launched my blog, it was official as of yesterday! It has been a work in progress, and it's been super fun. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your continued support and don't forget to follow me for notices of future posts.

Much Love,
